This First Merchant Finder Agreement states the following:
Definition: First Merchant Finders seek out First Merchants who have a walk in location where the VIVOpay can be placed and who also sell online.
Terms:
Monthly audited payments to the First Merchant Finder are 10% of the monthly audited revenues generated by CT Checkout from the processing of online encrypted card payments from online competitors to the First Merchant who receives a monthly audited 25% from the processing of online encrypted card payments by competitors to the First Merchant.
The monthly audited payments to the First Merchant and the First Merchant Finder continue to December 31, 2030.
Purchase: The First Merchant Finder buys two VIVOpay card readers and 600 private non restricted registered Forward Progressive Transactions shares for $600 from Alliance Card Group and Forward Progressive Transactions, and then uses a VIVOpay to one time Bluetooth place their now encrypted card on their iPhone or Android phone Consumer Terminal Checkout app.
The First Merchant Finder can then meet with prospective First Merchants who have a store where they can place the VIVOpay for customer usage, and who also sells online, and who uses the First Merchant Finder’s VIVOpay card reader to one time Bluetooth place their own encrypted cards on their iPhone or Android phone Consumer Terminal Checkout app.
Technical Support: ID Tech Products will provide the First Merchants with technical support of the VIVOpay card reader.
Promotion: CT Checkout will provide the First Merchant with monthly advertising support as the location where users can find a VIVOpay card reader to one time place encrypted cards on their iPhones and Android phones Consumer Terminal Checkout app.
Multiple First Merchants: The First Merchant Finder can sign up multiple First Merchant Locations in different online market segments online encrypted card transactions, such as ten different First Merchant locations generating a monthly audited 10% of CT Checkout monthly revenues generated from the First Merchant’s online competitors who have added online encrypted card transactions to their checkout page.
First Merchant Exclusivity: There is only one First Merchant per USA market segment.
