How It Works

The VIVOpay reader encrypts your card-then Bluetooth places it, by encryption, on the Consumer Terminal app of your iPhone and Android phone.

Step 1:

We will partner with the First Merchant to promote their store as where the VIVOpay is found. The First Merchant installs and activates our Consumer Terminal Checkout plugin to their WordPress/WooCommerce website. Once activated, the newly added CTC payment option appears on the checkout page.

We will pay the First Merchant an audited 10% of our monthly revenues that we generate from the First Merchant’s online competitors who followed the First Merchant’s lead, and also added encrypted card payments to their checkout page. As the finder of the First Merchant, you will receive an ongoing monthly audited 10% of our revenues.

Step 2:

First Merchant Finders: Order your VIVOpay today and then swipe or tap or insert your card with your VIVOpay which then Bluetooth places your encrypted card onto your Consumer Terminal Checkout app. You do not need the VIVOpay again.

Then in your local area find a local merchant store who also sells online who we define as the First Merchant. The First Merchant places your VIVOpay on their store counter for their customers to one time use to Bluetooth place their encrypted cards on their Consumer Terminal Checkout app, and then order products online from the merchant at special discounts only available for encrypted card orders.

This is the sample view of our Consumer Terminal Checkout app in which two credit cards were encrypted using the VIVOpay terminal. Encryption of a card is required only once, and then it can be used by the consumer or shopper repeatedly at any of the merchant stores in our network.

Ecommerce merchants who add encrypted cards to their checkout page will pay a card present rate as low as 1% and will not lose any “No Knowledge” disputes from professional disputers who will be asked 3 questions by the card issuer:

  1. Who had your iPhone or Android phone?
  2. Who knew how to open your Android phone and iPhone?
  3. Who knew the login to your Consumer Terminal Checkout app?

The professional disputers can’t answer those questions and the dispute is closed.
